Tamil Nadu Open University  Admission Procedure

1. Application forms for admission can be had from the TNOU at Chennai and approved Centres in the City and other places in Tamil Nadu.


2. Filled in applications along with the DD towards Fee Payable are to be sent to the Head Quarters or approved Centres.However, applications for admission to B.Ed., Programme are to be sent only to the Head Quarters.


3. The Interested candidate can also apply online and sent some along with recent passport size photograph affixed on the right hand corner of the application and attested copies certificate and a demand draft in favour of the Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU).


4. Acknowledgements for the payment of fees are sent to individual candidates.


5. Application for candidates other than Tamil Nadu can be had in person from the Head Quarters/Study Centres on payment of Rs. 200/-by cash/DD or by post sending DD for Rs. 250/- drawn in favour of “TNOU” payable at Chennai.


6. Applicant Name, Address and the course to be applied should be clearly mentioned in the back side of the Demand Draft

The Cost of Application form for all the courses is Rs.100/-
